The lower is possible but I really doubt the top is. The only way would be to bump a lower part of the crane to the top but the problem with that is that you need to bump in a way to get height just to land the lower and you will lose the majority of your air speed by doing this.

I tried to land this but is impossible for me I guess, the top is not really so far from the lower part so I think is possible imo, but you need alot of luck .
