No but you should provide some sort of proof other than a picture, a lot of people will just constantly be mean to you if you don't have a replay or video of it happening. Sorry if you did break a spin record but it doesn't really count without showing a video because you could have used trainers, modifications, hacks, or anything else to improve the number.
