First off, learn how to use punctations, decimals, big and small letters and no stuff like "c". Say the real word instead, so we can easier understand what you are asking us.

Anyway, I did understand a bit of what you sad, try to use 30fps instead. And if it isn't that, check your HDD space, you need pretty much.
