You know, a decent 2gb video card costs like 50 bucks nowadays.
Not trying to sound arrogant, just putting it out there, you can easily SLI 2 610's or w/e & run somewhat recent games with ease.

Are there any rules against importing electronics in Brazil? If not, you can just buy it on amazon, or some other sites, possibly tax free.
