I used a packer extension and 25 fps. First bump relies mostly on luck, second  one on timing. It's really frustrating, thus why im sharing it. However I'm still trying it.

P.S

if you grind the rail instead, i'll consider it landed so no pressure on that

I almost landed this on SAMP when MMM challenged me a week ago. It still looks good, but obviously a better landing is required. It's pretty easy as long as you're using FL on, as it helps you reach the second bump without overshooting it. Good luck
