Looking for a song
« on: September 18, 2012, 12:34:30 PM »
First off, there's a chance I'm not posting in the right section since it's linked to a game, but since the topic is focused on music I thought it'd belong here. Feel free to move otherwise.

To quickly get to the point, while playing Sleeping Dogs I've heard a particular song a few times and totally loved it, however I don't know on which radio station it was or what the name was. I've looked through the OST a bit but it'd be madness to go through all 159 songs alone, especially with at-the-moment semi-slow connection.

If you'd like to help me out, here's a link to all the songs. http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLECC8B462D30B6517

It's not very detailed and not much, but the song was very calm, had only a little bit of soft humming vocals in it (most likely female) and it was very atmospheric, almost melancholic. I think it was kind of an ambient song, since it was mostly just "sounds", and I didn't hear any instruments in it as far as I can recall.

In return I'd give almost anything, just not something like a skin or whatever or anything else impossible. Thanks in advance.

Did you check the last song? That one was calm and has female vocals.

E: SOFTLY radio station seems to have pretty calm songs, could be an idea to check those.

I'll check them, thanks.

I checked the last song. I thought it might be it but it's not. The one I look for is even calmer and more ambient-ish.

E: checked all of them and accidentally got to the Ninja Tune radio station, and this one is the closest so far. It might be the song, though my memory is vague.

This sounds pretty much like the last song you posted and it has female vocals/humming.

That's definitely not it. I don't really know how I should put it, but the sounds used in this song don't appear in the song I want.
