Pretty much yeah, on the side of the computer it says it has:
amd athlon II X3 425 triple core processor
Nvidia Gforce 9200
320 GB HDD
3 gb DDR2
Is that also good?

Awful. I have a GeForce 9500 GT and can JUST run GTA IV on the lowest settings with about 25-30fps. And i'm using FloW's timecyc.

BUT YA BOY JUST ORDERED A GTX 560 AAYYYE

picture this, the 9200 scores about 120 on G3D MARK performance test, and if you got a graphics card that has a GK104 GPU which is pretty much what you  need to play games on highest settings, you would get 3500 - 4500, thats one big ass gab if you ask me

You could at least get an acer aspiron with core i3 330M and ATI Radeon HD 5650 because it's running Black ops in high settings with 70 fps, it's cheap btw.
