    I agree. I dont really care much about the lyrics but some bands are good, its a shame that some bands make really good music but then a album cover with swastikas on it? seriously?   <_<

    COG, another Filipino band, their sound is saxy, no pun in-... oh wait that was actually intended.

    I haven't properly explored the metal genre... I've only listened to some of what is considered to be the origins of heavy metal, mainly Led Zeppelin (one of the 'three pioneers', the other two being Deep Purple and Black Sabbath if my dad has taught me correctly).

    Led Zeppelin are definitely pioneers of the genre, and I've been listening to all three bands you've mentioned, I'm quite an oldies junkie, good stuff.

    E: I've been listening to Pantera lately and I simply love their unique metal style, but I remain not the biggest metal fan, atleast not most of the nowadays metal.
