I'm not sure if this fits the constraints of "metal" since it's more hardcore/beatdown but this is pretty much some of the music coming out of the UK hardcore scene. I've seen Desolated three times, last time was with Astroid Boys and it was insane.

Sentenced - 03 Ways Of The WickedSentenced - Evil SeedIf you're interested in more uk hardcore bands I'd reccomend TRC, Bleak Reality, Forsaken, Breaking Point, Survival, Grove Street Families (hardcore band named after Grove Street who sample the fuck out of GTA:SA, released the Los Santos EP and The San Fierro EP), Broken Teeth, Black Tongue etc
That's just UK though theres obviously a fuckload of hardcore bands from around the world, my other favorites are Trapped Under Ice, NAILS, Terror, Rotting Out, Counterparts, Integrity, Hatebreed, Backtrack, Code Orange kids etc.
