Wow, I was JUST trying this last night, though I was experimenting with using a tanker also. I had to set the tank back a little bit from the steps to bump off the edge of it instead of riding up the side, like is usual. I got very close to this, but usually only hit the top edge of that roof.

you can do this without the tank, it's actually pretty easy. but if the point here is to only try it off the tank then that's a completely different story.
