SAMP dont work for me - Please HELP!!!!

I open today my SAMP Server that i downloaded from http://www.sa-mp.com/
but when i want to use a server like PSA (IP: 87.98.176.174:6666)
that happens:

Did you instal it in the SA folder  ?

I get the same thing, tried reinstalling, different versions, no help.

Oh i have same problem but now mine if i run SA:MP my same run Single Player don't know problem maybe unistalle your GTA and SA:MP install GTA SA again and SA:MP too. me too i goin to try this
