I had that problem too but I fixed it somehow, just search svchost problem on google and you should find a solution fast.

It's a virus, and the reason you have it is because you're using pirated windows. The way to fix this is re-install with a clean copy.

Why do you think there are so many pirated copies of Windows around ? because everyone is being nice ?. In some cases yes but most of the time people just attach something like a virus or a botnet to it. A botnet would slow down the whole computer and cause high cpu usage. Its just not worth is getting a pirated copy. Cheap skates
