Tenhi - Saivo

Top 3 albums ever for me. I can't believe how good this is, I had huge expectations but this is just ridiculous. :L

I've tried to like LULU but it's too boring imo. Lou reed declaiming instead of singing is annoying...

Very dark album with some really cool riffs and melodies. Nice atmosphere and quite haunting ambience. Standouts are Non Being and Disconsolate.

Why so pessimist?
I posted that 2 days before it got out, how could I possibly have had any objective opinion about it back then?
I just like both Lou Reed and Metallica, and tbh I still haven't listened to it.

Thought you might've heard those previews of The View. Basicly the whole album is this;

I AM THE TABLE

Metallica fans mostly don't like this and I kind of understand that because it's far off from what you would expect Metallica to release but as a Lou Reed fan you just might. Genius of his poetry is quite unusual. It sounds more like a Lou Reed album with Metallica as a backup band. Certainly it could have been different, but I think this is the kind of expression they were aiming for, liked it we or not.
