This one is really awesome imo,

In the left, you can see the train tunnel,
Go in the grass and hit the bump in the top of the tunnel and Prec in the tree in the middle of the image where CJ is starring. ( no he isn't starring at that handsome cop  )

My second try in the second stunt i got REALLY close but after it I couldn't reach the landing area in the tree but.. i need opinions about if it is poss or not,
