Is it because you have two things tryign to change the weather ? e.g. Dannyes try to change the weather to one setting and something else trying to change the weather to another ?

Dannye tries to freeze the time at 12:00 and other thing, probably a trainer or sacc tries to freeze it to another hour, so they conflict every couple of seconds. I think that's it.

its couse u use more than 1 trainers, but u dont use the same time, thats all
