I dont quite understand how to install native trainer

I got placed on my GTA4 directory and when i open it, my gta 4 crashes. I dont know what to do... if you can... gime some dl links to dl the right native trainer or do i need a patch or something?

that should be it, and start he game from LaunchGTAIV.exe. Run as Admin if you on Win7 or Vista.
