Something is fucked with my MSN
« on: February 27, 2010, 03:14:39 AM »
Well, few weeks ago it started when i couldnt log into my messenger by some weird error, tried to fix it somehow, deleted it with zap messenger and now i cant simply install any earlier version of messenger and when i download messenger 9 back it just has huge delays between when i write the latters into the adress space till its actually showing on, and even then.. it just shows me the same error as before, would love if you guys can help me in some way because i tried everything.

E: Error number at the moment is "80040154" but it was a different one before.

My msn has been broke for like 6 months, so I started using Pidgin.

Happened to me too.
You have this? http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Chat/Instant-Messaging/Windows-Live-Messenger-9.shtml
This one works (at least for me).

If im right you can only use the latest version of MSN and all the earlier ones don't work any more.

Do you mean delays from when you send the message to the other person receiving the message or do you mean until you see the message on your screen ?
