wel i just got vegas 6 for editing payback, and the tv scanline effect, is there a way to fade into it, like it starts still, then starts moving low, and then really rapid?

Don't think so, you could split the clip into tiny sections and just change the pace of each section, but that wouldn't give it the "fade in - fade out" effect very well.

That's to damn easy to make a tut about but i'll do it if anyone else needs it but that won't be just what he was asking... I guess i'll make a tut on using the TV Simulator in different ways :)
