Hey i found cool program with which you can Increase/Decrease draw distance how much you want. And this really work for fps. For example when i turn FL OFF in SAiVC, on max draw distance (In this program), i will have 60 fps, but when i turn on min, i will have 120! I know that some stunters have problem with having perfect 30 fps, on not awesome PC you will have 25/30 or sometimes even less fps. I myself had this problem while having old PC, and i could not stunt in SAiVC. I tried many methods but none worked... Here's link:
