Fraps

Hey guys, While recording fraps, the Video records like...one Image after another and plays the same ....and not like smooth recording. Previously, I recorded both SA and VC at 15 fps and everything was ok, but now this. Any of you guys know whats the problem? Solutions / Suggestions?
