I don't know if it's the right place to post but...

I'm trying to update my database topic and it gives me this error

"There is an error with your BBCode. It is possible that you have incorrectly used a tag such as [TAG] when it is meant to be used as [TAG=] or vice-versa."

What should I do?

The "[TAG=]" I guess. It's like

I helped Don searching for the problem and we found out that you can't use [ YouTube ].

I dont know wtf.
