Still no one showed how to set it up or even how to find this bus in LC.

Those busses can be found driving around in LC... I don't know how to set it up, I never tried but I'm sure it's legit.

As for the record I can't do anything but laugh at everyone involved in this.

Ok I'm going to close this for the simple reason that this Eva person is not a GTAStunting.net member, and therefore can't participate in the GTAStunting.net World Record section.
