Haha I was thinking of a way to do these arches for ages! It might not be possible by just jumping off, you may need some air from somewhere. I have experimented with these, they are nasty, good luck to whoever managed to use them well.

Nothing, just get your bike to pass all of them. It's damn narrow and the bike never goes straight so you'll need a lot of luck and patience.

you must jump of your bike wile riding and then your bike and only your bike have to go through al the ports
