It just doesn't start...no errors, no nothing, i reinstalled it, still nothing...and by nothing i mean NOTHING. It doesn't show up even in processes....

Delete "gta_sa.set".

GTA San Andreas User Files. If that won't work you have some serious problems I guess.

I know that i don't need to delete all the folder, but fuck it, i'll do it.

Just delete the gta_vc.set as JL said, had the same problem 2 weeks ago or some. And then it was working fine.

that helped, but i accidentally deleted all replays, i'm such a idiot...
