Right click on clip, properties > Playback speed.  Default is 1, then its proportional to your speed (0.5 is half speed and 0.25 is quarter.)

As for zoom, you right click > Pan/crop.

thx VenomX i can do slowmo now but do u have any good tips for pan/crop?

Try and use keyframes....I made a tutorial, I'll go see if I can find it .

..or you can dragdrop that box in the preview where venom put the text for "3. Click..."

Another way for the speed is right click -> Add Envelope -> Velocity. A bar appears. The higher you set it the faster, you can rightclick it and add points so you can create parts which change speed smoothly.

Everytime I try to do a slowmo like that, it just gets laggy , isn't there a better way to do a slowmo? :/

add some motion blur to it. you cant get more frames than there are. if you have 25 fps and you stretch the movie from 1 second to 10 seconds you will only have 2-3fps left per second which ofcourse results in "whatyoucalllag"
