well as we all saw in the new trailer that theirs a new hd sabre a new hd maveric and a new hd hunter...police cars etc...do you reckon that theyl work well in the game?...and because their were inter gta charector apearences in san andreas do you reckon we will be seeing new hd tommy's , cj's or clauds?

When I first saw that guy I thinked that it's CJ too but after few minutes of watching at him I understood that it's not CJ lol. It looked like a 2pac zombie

Edit: It is the Stallion Classic, look here and then look on the 2nd pic in this post, it matches exactly.
