For video names, we just throw around suggestions until there is one that some people like and the rest don't shout down. No time frame, just depends on the point in time the suggestion is made. (It is usually late in the editing process etc).

For me, when I make one of those rare solos, I usually try to keep it consistent with either the intro, the previous videos I have made or the intention of the video (leaving stunting / returning to solos etc)
