To be honest the thought of doing screenwriting has crossed my mind. The problem is that there's so little demand for it out this way. An Aussie script assessor here has told me that going to film school can be a waste of time and money though...and I tend to agree.

Perhaps one day I'll get my shot and work on Saw XVII.

@Krow: We wanna be debt free beforehand. We've still got some outstanding debts, Xmas is coming up and we've got around 20 family members collectively to buy for, I've gotta pay workcover and public liability for another year for the business...*sigh*. It'll definitely be sometime early in the new year though.

@Emperatris: Naturally. Until NK says definitively that he no longer wants to be in the crew, he'll always be ATS.

As excellent as that sounds, that's not unfortunately the case. The studio has made contracts for the sixth installment already, which is due to be released next year.
