Alot of people dislike Temple of Doom i'm coming to read and find. Personally, I love that one, it has so many great moments in it. And the cart scene is pretty insane. It probably ranks 3rd for me, but I still really enjoy it

stunting is nice yes, but right now im having much more fun playing the game and going online rather than anything else

I haven't really tried any stunting in it yet, been distracted by other (non IV) stuff ever since I finished the storyline last week. But I would like to give it a try though - alas I don't have a capture card so recording anything half decent (if such a thing was to occur) would be out of the question.

I must admit that having played it (my first GTA experience on a console) I am also tempted to see what its like stunting in VC on the computer using a gamepad rather than a keyboard. But haven't done so as of yet, because as again I don't have the necessary equipment (a PC gamepad, or the thing you buy that lets you connect an xbox controller to the PC).
