What is your opinion about RADs method, do you think it's a glitch or a thing R* made without mentioning expecting the players to find it? I mean if you don't have any bike skills you can't RAD at all because you fall off when you RAD, after your bike skills bar gets full you can RAD, kinda suspicious don't ya think?

I'm had the idea that R* intended RADs, since although IV, VC, and SA all have different physics, yet they all have RADs.
