[span style=\'font-size:14pt;line-height:100%\']Cookie Cutter[/span]
Step 1: Split the Clip to just the main actiony part
Step 2: Select "Video FX"
Step 3: Select "Cookie Cutter"
Step 4: Choose your shape       (you want a circle)
You can see steps 1-4 with this picture (http://shriney.com/cookiecutterone.jpg)
Step 5: Click on the shape you chose, HOLD THAT CLICK
Step 6: Drag it to the clip that you splitted in step 1
Steps 5-6 are on this picture (http://shriney.com/cookiecuttertwo.jpg)
Step 7: Use the cookie positioner square to put that in the place you need
Step 8: You can resize your cookie if it is too small...
Steps 7-8 can be seen on this picture (http://shriney.com/cookiecutterthree.jpg)

kinda confusing, tell me if you get stuck on a part

Set the background colour to transparant. Change border with to wanted width and tadaa you're about done..
