Computer Talk / New PC Build

Okay, so I'm building the gf a gaming PC for her birthday, and need a little help with parts and stuff. The whole thing should ideally be under £350 (€400, $550 USD), and be able to run games on a 19".
Had a couple of parts in mind as listed below, but would like some input into mobo and possibly gfx card.
CPU: AMD 955 Black AM3 socket
2x2GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM
Single slot Radeon HD 5770 1GB
Mobo:
And case and other stuff as well, but thats the general idea. So a mobo under about £60 would be perfect, thanks for the help
