This rule doesn't apply for Roof Pwnage 12, because it was posted before I posted this rule.

Not really into that rule really, because a lot of those carpark roofs are too high to make pwnages out of. What about if people just stick to the one story of each carpark?

It will be too easy... they can just pick the lower level and make all things easy. And I think the top level is the roof, right?
