He was banned because he's a bitch as far as I know right? So why posting a video from him would be a problem? If he was banned for modding, I'd say yes, but sharing is free for all. I dont see any problems, since he's not doing anything wrong involving his ban.

^there is a problem if the banned member asked for it to be posted for him, as he is banned, he shouldn't be able to post here through people either, as it kind of defeats the purpose. However if TurBo posted it out of his own initiative without being asked to do so from Art, I wouldn't mind it as much, because then he'd just be sharing something he'd thought was worth sharing.

I was pretty much the one to take the inition to post this on here when he showed me his video I guess, don't know though, I can do with a warning but it seems petty and ridiculous, we might aswell ban all content that isn't directly produced by GTAS members and turn into some sort of North Korea on this matter.

How is that at all similar to what was done here? We're not banning you for posting it, nor are we saying you can't post it. We've had problems where people just let banned members borrow their accounts to post, and had people posting for them. Which defeats the purpose of banning someone in the first place, so warning people when they do it is just a simple way of keeping people from doing so over and over. However since you didn't post it at his request I'm fine with removing the warning if you want.

I doubt the cabbie boost is unmodded, timelimit looks fishy as well.

I thought the boost is impossible because of my crap FPS, but when I changed the timecyc I gained 130 FPS which proved it's poss. The timelimit is also legit, so pretty good solo after all.

some enjoyable stunts here. i guess thats the first stuntvideo which includes a rapsong i really like, in almost every other cases rap and stunts dont fit in my opinion.

why was he banned if he didnt even mod ? i dont know the full story

if he really was banned for being a "dick", it wouldnt take me long to list a few other guys who deserve it aswell

As a guy who barely posts things on SA, I don't find wrong turbo posted this as somewhat it's related to stunting despite the creator being banned. I understand your points but the decision to warn someone for posting GTA related stuff & made by a member of the community is just pointless. I am not Art's friend and I'm not defending him either but I find the whole thing quite incorrect.
