Me and HonkMeat have been doing stunt races for a while now, there are 24 good-looking races available on the rockstar games social club for download. The best way to create them is this:

1. Open creator, find your spot and place the service trigger right in front of it.
2. Place the "beggining" checkpoint facing the stunt so players and friends will know what to do.
3. Place the nº1 checkpoint on the beggining of your runup (the place where you go back to after an attempt)
4. Place the nº2 checkpoint on the top of the building or street you wish to land on (you can also set it to a random street if you find it too difficult to complete just now)
5. Change race options to point to point race.
6. Set your standard bike to whichever you prefer to do the test race and be able to publish it :)
7. Switch traffic to disabled, adjust weather and any other final tweaks.

Voilá
