Upgrading my old shitty PC

So, I found my old shitty PC in the cuddy and I was wondering what should I upgrade first and what parts should I buy. I have:
AMD Athlon(tm) 1.10 GHz
512 MB of RAM
NVidia GeForce 5200 FX 128 MB
and a 36GB HDD

So, if you have any ideas, just share them.
