I have tried something like this before. I don't think it is possible to bump off of the second building. You would probably hit somewhere on the side of the building instead of the front.

If this is possible though...

Lol this is not impossible. If taz has hit the BB then it's landable. Staying on the damn thing must be extremely hard though.
