Well, I got to 2.4GHz with 345 FSB. Whenever I put the FSB over 350 it just hangs at startup. Increasing the vcore didn't help so I think it's my memory, which is just DDR2-667. Anyways:

My mems are DDR2-667 too but works at 960 4-4-4-10 2.3V with very tweaked subtimings (u can see it at left). You can tweak this subtimings using MemSet 3.3 ;]

1.6V
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
But during 1M @ 3.45GHz 1.6V i have max 60 degress. During Orthos @ 2.8GHz 1.275V (lower that std VCore) i have 67 degrees. During Orthos @ 3.4GHz 1.65v i have 90 degrees, but i ran it only for 20 seconds ;]
I have FSB Wall at 387 ;/
You have better score, because u have 4MB L2 cache. 4MB gives 3 sec in 1M
On ur CPU i can score 10-12s ;] (on Water Cooling or Dry Ice)
Sorry for my English

nice

i would love to see boxXx's or anyone with a quad core
SuperPI use only 1 core
wPrime can use 2 or more cores

15 degrees (window opened)
My 1M on P4 521 http://hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=649324
Cooled by Dry Ice (-78 degrees)
1.8 VCore
P4 is so slow ;[

Create GTAS  team on HWBot

Mem 1:1 2.1v
5-5-5-15
VCore 1.5V
If P35, P965 set vMCH 1.45v

FSB Wall is possible but i think it's mems or MCH

Making your CPU faster by changing the FSB Frequency in the BIOS.
