is there any way to get something back if you deleted it in the trash bin (yes on the pc)

Once you've deleted the trash bin it's forever lost.. But if its IN the trash bin, right click the item and press restore..

^ No it isn't. Download a free recovery program, such as Data Recovery Wizard (thank Brulla for that). I managed to recover a load of reps that I deleted when I reformatted my PC...about a year ago. I've done it a good five times since then as well, but they're still on the HD somewhere .

7,000 files isn't really that much, I think I had over 50,000 when I scanned mine .
