I think he means it's not really a drop to ledge grind as per norm, just something a little random of you to see, or something .

Sorry I used the wrong word. I meant it as an antonym to unique, cus it looks like it could be done pretty much anywhere and doesn't stand out. Maybe casual, common or generic would be the right word to describe what I mean.

Well, ledge grinds can be done basically anywhere but to be going off of one roof and immediately into a ledge grind isn't what people like to see.
