well i gota new comp cause my old 1 shat itself...and iv been having problem with the net..it works and all but every site has a white background,...and all the fonts are bigger which i cant change in font size...that changes about 1/4 of them...and java made another 1/4 better but still some are still big...but my mane problem is the background thing...can any1 help??

Control Panel....Internet Options....General tab. Look way down at the bottom, it says Appearance. Try there.

well neo helped my font lol but i dont have apearance in the genaral tab i dont know why..but heres a screen of the gtas home page..

EDIT: i think i found somethin 2do with it...in colours it has the options 2 use windows colours or set colours but i duno how to set so its whatever colour the site is...origonally if you know what i mean

I think your I.E may have CSS disabled
