I think I did it in SA. Don't remember about 3 or VC, but I know I've done it in at least one game.

Why did you get 100% more than once in SA? I mean, it isn't fun to collect all hidden packages and all that stuff more than once, or?

I got 100% on my ps2 before I got into the stunting scene, then half a year later when my ps2 broke, I got the xbox version and got 100% again there
