As seen above you have a mtb with an attached satchel charge, you and a grenade; which are atop to buildings fairly close together.

1.Grenade boost halfway across the street while blowing the satchel charge at the same time.
2.Air Grab the Mountain Bike
3.Land on the ground below.

Put the satchel on the bike then go back onto the other building, throw your grenade and quickly switch back to the detonator press it and then quickly jump

I think it's enough cool to just jump and grab it in the air without a grenade. It will be easier too.
