Can I do that in MSPaint as well? Its just easier than dickin around with Photoshop.
That should work just fine, just make sure you save them in 24bit and the filesize is 192kb.

If you save as a higher format your game will crash rofl.

I would like to have an intro - but when there is one it should be with the players clothes. and i have none yet. though they will be done soon. and when the GTASL3 video will be made its done i think - so basicly i would like to see my (new) skin in the video and the intros but i probably have to stunt with another original model before in some matches..

NoAPO to replace models, just get the player.dff, replace it with one inside gta3.img. If the skin comes in txd format with it, just use ViceTXD or something to extract the bmp and put it in skins.

Infact none of you have shown how frame limiter would work with a computer that can't get over 30fps so I can't say that you are right in that department. However you are right about aries falcon, it would look much different because his computer could probably get over 200fps.

Talk to me on msn about it if you wish even your great CDarmy has no fucking clue.

About the SL can't wait to see it hope it's better than the second and atleast up to par with the first.

We know that DF. Why use FL off if you can't get over 30fps anyway?

Never really thought about it but I don't anymore because of certain things. But then again why would it matter if I use it or not? I can tell you a quick thing about FL off while it's on my mind. If you are getting around 50fps or more then the "Deadzone" of your game will be much more sensitive obviously. Which can allow you to start a wheelie at top speeds and a bit of overall better handling.

But like I've said, for instance myself and Inferno(Delirium) both don't often get over 30fps. I have a screenshot of him in the vercetti mansion with 640x480 resolution default draw distance getting 0-1fps. It's awkward though but I havn't fully figured it out. For instance... he gets that in the mansion while I get about a nice 25fps. And myself at the dump I get about 5fps while he gets about 15-20fps. We have all the same game settings but this happens. Mainly because of our different computers both crappy in their own way. I'd buy a new one but I'm saving a bit for a house.

If you guys wish to debate the effects of turning off the Frame Limiter, please do so elsewhere. I am finalizing the list of competitors now and if I can, I'd still like to get the first round matches announced on GTAS Radio.

I'm also pleased to announce that I've gotten half of the intros done!

So, we can use frame limiter as long as the FPS doesn't go too high right?

Congrats Noapo :P
