Ok seein as how I read enough topics about these I figured why not it's own thread.
Request any original files from SA, VC or the LC mod that you lost, screwed up or just plain forgot to back up.
I'll attach them here or anyone else can, for you to grab.

Yeah man the IMG is a huge ass file. If something is screwed up in it try maybe posting what happened in the VC chat and support section. If certain txd's or dff's got messed up and you know which ones, I can just attach those files for ya.

Oh ya that could be easier lol. Ok the files that i screwed up on installing where sniper.txd and sniper.dff then pcj600.txd and pcj600.dff . Those are the files i need plz.

(Edit) Never mind i used the GTAS filefront page to download the files. Ty for that thread tho!

the original paths.ipl please.

seems like my pc fucked up when i installed lonely mod, and i accidently deleted the original paths.ipl.

If you have a big file like the gta3.img, it's best to just save the needed txd's, reps, skins, whatever, and just reinstall.

can i get main.scm? when i used danny main.scm it fucked up my VC SA too ( i dont need the SA one)

Are you sure your not using dannye's save game , remember your old saves don't work with a new main.scm . Try putting dannye's save that comes in the main.scm zip file in your GTA Vice City userfiles , then load it. If it still dosent work then youve installed it rong. Remember to backup such a thing as 'the main scm'.

Oh fuck , i just tried to check if img tool was working (it wouldnt delete) , i tried it on random file .. which happened to be radar01.txd. Can anyone extract thiers and link ?
