I think he uses slow mo cheat and says he uses FL Off... I might be wrong... It looks like slow mo cheat (the way you're going at normal speed and suddenly you go slow, almost as if you paused the game and typed 'Booooooring') but that's the type of person I am sadly, I see someone who does something amazing in CSS and I don't think "damn he's good" i automatically think he uses wallhack or aimbot. I can't help the way I think.

Even if he does use slow mo it isn't that much of a deal seeing as it is part of the game...and if he uses FL off then well...it's also part of the game, what does piss me off is thinking that you use slow mo cheat and lie to us and say it's FL off, it you admitted to using slow mo cheat then I wouldn't have any issues. Eh, Barney has used slow mo cheat in some of his old videos

Oh and Sabo...you have a really bad attitude...

And what I don't get is this. FL off = there's no limit to what the game loads (within a certain distance around the player and what direction you're looking in) and FL on = limits you to 30FPS, if you are getting less than 30fps with FL on how does turning it off help? seeing as it is loading more things and such...

And VC is hardly demanding playing @ 640x480 with draw distance on the lowest... so... I once played Vice City on my sisters shady computer when mine was broke, and it lagged like hell in high res' and I had to play VC windowed @ 640x480... and I got less than 30fps but still it was playable... and her computer is damn weak.

df doesnt have a bad pc, he just likes to use fl off imo, 'cus when the replaty runs as smooth as df's stunts, his pc must have been decent enough to run a smooth game with FL off...Or df just cheats and turns off fl to look natural jk...but we dont know that for sure

Which has more of an effect on the stunts? Slo-mo or FL off? Because a while ago in the TS vid he used slo-mo and now he uses FL off. Does he HAVE to use either one? knowing that they have effects on the stunts. Sure he uses them but he can't deny that they enhance the stunts in a way that is not possible with FL on.

Slow mo has the same weird krails and the different sparks as frame limiter off, slow and fl off replays are really slow (slow mo one obviously is ) but the fl off actually plays at normal speed, it just makes the replays slow.

Probably get a warn increase for talking off topic... you know what this forum is like... I'm only helping dudes understand.

Your comparisons are terrible also. Barney has one of the best computers out there.

You lose BK. I had like 20 FPS today because of the programs and when I turned off frame limiter I got around 40-50 FPS. I have proof too because I did a p2b with it.

I told you to try it. Seriously everyone, read my fucking post before you even try to use basic knowledge to comprehend that "20 FPS stays same with FL off"

Weird.

I put VC @ 1440x900, Antialiasing @ 8xS and anisostopic filtering @ 16x + Draw distance mod and I was getting 10-14FPS with Frame limiter on, I turned frame limiter off and I got 6-8fps
