Damn, I missed your posts. Unless you're reaching for nitro while cabbie boosting, it should work with the ghosttown key-combination in Dannye's.

Dannye's should work unless you start the vehicle sub missions in which case you need to disable and enable it again.
Or just enter the cheatcode GHOSTOWN ofc

i've got the GTFO mod by Michu on my hdd, probably gonna search it, it deleted all the cars on streets.
