Getting new headset
« on: January 24, 2012, 04:30:02 AM »
Aye, so I wanna get some nice headset for gaming & listening to music. My budget is ~100$. I basically know nothing about these kinda things so I'd be thankful if you recommended me some good ones. I've been considering Steelseries Siberia v2 but haven't decided on them yet. Any experience with these? I'm waiting for your help/opinions!  :cc_detective:

Turtle Beach X12 :3 It's 80-90 euro's and it's perfect for Xbox and PC gaming. No complaints so far actually.

Skullcandy headsets are awesome for music, I use it for gaming too but really, I don't think there's any 'standard' to a good gaming headset.

I bought a steelseries 3H like 2 months ago, it's perfect sound-wise, but at first some using your ears will hurt after using it, but it covers them perfectly nonetheless. Steelseries is one of the best brands gaming-wise, i'm really satisfied with their products.

Here it is, it says 35€, but i bought it for 26€ at progamingshop.sk.
Buy steelseries imo.

I use a Megalodon for gaming and music. I'm not a razer fanboy, but, I must say it's a beast. I bought it for 120$, it's a bit off your budget, but it's worthy

I'd recommend the Siberia v2, if you're looking for an allrounder.
