corrupt HDD?

so I stole a friends old PC with the hope of it being better than my currept P.O.S lol but even after reformatting/reinstalling windows, it blue screens with this on the odd occasion



it'll just crash and bring that up...

also before I reformatted it and after showing that a few times it came up with this



it's doing that again so I'm going to have to reformat it again :/ thoughts?

go to bios and check if the HDD is found

I've been into the BIOS a number of times and it really has no options :/ gigabyte bios just sucks

Also so you feel bad for me, I accidentally formatted my external HDD so I no longer have any of the stunts or mods I'd been collecting over time..

wow, this will keep getting worst, by 2012 you will be dead  , oh well, i guess Radioaktive and daffy are the only ones who can help you here

does the system you installed works on other computer? do you have stable drivers?
edit: also if all the components are firmed properly, if cooling is adequate or it might also be obsolute PSU...
