Why?

I download the "Spoosh Engine" and i installed on Liberty City,
So the spoosh doesn't starting because the game has closed or say "Unhandled Exeption"
So, why reason the LC doesn't run?
I have Windows 7.

-stop stunting
-punch your screen and pray it'll work

I change the compatibilty to Windows 98/Windows Me (All options) i running in administrator, now.
